Welcome to Grabbox. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (grabbox.com.au) and the purchase of goods from Global Vending Pty Ltd (trading as Grabbox).
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Company”, “We”, “Us” refers to Global Vending Pty Ltd (ACN: 691 233 584).
“Customer”, “You” refers to the person or entity purchasing Goods from the Company.
“Goods” refers to vending machines and associated equipment supplied by the Company.
2.1. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. 2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. 2.3. Full payment is required before Goods are dispatched. 2.4. Merchant Fees: Please note that payments made via third-party providers (e.g., Amazon Pay, Credit Cards) may incur a merchant processing fee. These fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Fees charged by third-party processors are non-refundable.
3.1. We facilitate secure payments via Amazon and other trusted providers. 3.2. Any finance or installment arrangement accessed via Amazon or another third-party is a contract solely between the Customer and that Provider. Grabbox is not responsible for the approval, rejection, or repayment terms of your finance application.
4.1. Grabbox offers a complimentary 30-Day Flexible Storage Credit with the purchase of each machine. 4.2. This credit allows you to store your purchased machine in our warehouse for up to 30 days free of charge. 4.3. Storage days do not need to be consecutive and can be used at any time (e.g., if a site is cancelled or delayed). 4.4. Storage is subject to warehouse availability. 4.5. If storage exceeds 30 days, standard storage fees will apply and must be paid before the Goods are released.
5.1. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the Goods. 5.2. We will use reasonable endeavors to meet estimated delivery dates, but we are not liable for any delays caused by freight carriers or events beyond our control. 5.3. Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. 5.4. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site has adequate access (e.g., door width, stairs) for the machine.
6.1. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 6.2. 1-Year Warranty: We provide a 1-Year Warranty on parts for manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts but does not cover labour or travel costs unless explicitly stated. 6.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or unauthorized modifications. 6.4. Change of Mind: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Global Vending Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising from the use of our Goods. 7.2. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
