Global Vending Pty Ltd (trading as Grabbox) warrants that the products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period defined below.
The Warranty Period for all Grabbox vending machines is 12 months (1 Year) from the date of delivery or collection. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Grabbox.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults. Covered components include:
Refrigeration Systems: Compressor, condenser, and cooling fans.
Electrical Systems: Mainboards, power supplies, and wiring harnesses.
Mechanical Systems: Motors, spirals, and dispensing mechanisms.
Peripherals: Touchscreens, card readers, and coin mechanisms (if supplied by Grabbox).
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
Misuse or Negligence: Improper operation, lack of cleaning, or failure to follow the user manual.
Vandalism or Theft: Damage resulting from forced entry, attempted theft, or malicious acts.
Power Issues: Damage caused by power surges, fluctuations, or improper electrical supply. We highly recommend using a surge protector.
Consumables: Normal wear and tear items such as LED lights, stickers, buttons, and external aesthetic finishes.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized technicians will void this warranty.
Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: Warranty includes both parts and labour at no extra cost.
All Other Locations: Warranty covers parts only. Labour/installation costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must:
Contact Grabbox Support immediately upon discovering the fault.
Provide proof of purchase (Invoice Number).
Provide a detailed description of the fault, including photos or video evidence to assist in diagnosis.
